Patio roof planner software for installers and dealers
Your customers design their own patio roof or veranda – in real-time 3D, directly on your website and under your name. You receive enquiries with dimensions, materials, colour and an image, instead of piecing measurements together over the phone.
Why a patio roof planner now belongs in your sales process
A patio roof is a purchase families think about for a long time. They plan in the evenings and at weekends – exactly when your office is closed. If all they find at that moment are brochure photos and a contact form, they often write to several suppliers at once and end up deciding on price.
A planner on your website turns this around: the prospect configures their own patio cover, sees it in 3D immediately and sends you an enquiry you can price straight away. You are not one of many, but the supplier where they have already seen their patio roof.
How your customer plans: seven steps, each one live in 3D
A guided process takes prospects with no prior knowledge from the first decision to a complete enquiry.
- 1
Mounting
Wall-mounted with a wall connection or freestanding on four posts. Pitch, posts and gutter adjust instantly.
- 2
Roofing
Glass or polycarbonate multiwall sheets in clear, opal, smoke, anthracite or Blackline – with clear guidance on light, look and price level.
- 3
Frame colour
Only the RAL colours you actually supply, as powder coating in matt, gloss or metallic.
- 4
Dimensions
Width and depth in your increments and within your size limits. Rafters, bays and cover strips adapt live.
- 5
Sides and front
Glass sliding wall, fixed glass wall, panel, sliding door or vertical awning – left, right and front chosen separately, wedges included.
- 6
Extras
LED spots in the rafters and a roof awning. The camera moves to where your customer will later be sitting.
- 7
Enquiry
Contact details, configuration, photos of the patio and a 3D preview image reach you in one bundle.
What sets the planner apart from brochures and price calculators
Real 3D, not a photo gallery
Every decision appears on the model immediately. Glass reflects, multiwall sheets diffuse the light, shadows fall on patio and lawn.
Your range, your rules
Colours, size limits, increments and materials follow what you offer. Nobody can request what you do not supply.
Fully in your brand
Your logo, main colour and company name appear in the planner and on every enquiry. Your customers see your business – not us.
Built for phones
Scene at the top, options below, two fingers to zoom. The planner recognises less powerful devices and switches to a lighter view.
Configuration as a link
Every design is stored in a link. Customers send it to their partner, you open it during the consultation – exactly as it was planned.
In a photo of their own house
With “My Photo”, the planned patio roof stands true to scale against the customer’s real house wall – no app needed.
Test it where your customers plan: on their phone
Most homeowners configure in the evening, on the sofa. That is why the configurator is built for the thumb: scene on top, options below, two fingers to zoom.
- Runs in the browser, no app to install
- Detects less powerful devices and adapts the rendering automatically
- Configurations can be shared as a link – for example via WhatsApp with a partner

The real configurator – not a video, not a mock-up.
Patio roof planner compared

| Content of the enquiry | Free text, often without dimensions | Dimensions, mounting, roofing, colour, sides, extras, photos, 3D image |
| Follow-up questions before a quote | Usually several | Usually none for the initial estimate |
| Advice outside business hours | No | Yes, around the clock |
| Presence | Interchangeable | Your own 3D planner under your name |
Who the planner is made for
For installers, dealers and fitting companies selling aluminium patio roofs and verandas with glass or polycarbonate roofing – from one-person businesses to dealers with several branches. For manufacturers and dealer networks with their own pricing logic, multiple locations or custom components from CAD data, we prepare an individual quote.
You do not need your own IT team: we set up the planner with your products, colours and logo. It is embedded via a WordPress plugin or with a single line of code on any other website.
We set up a demo with your products, colours and logo – free and without obligation.

Frequently asked questions about the patio roof planner
Do my customers need an app?
No. The planner runs in the browser on phone, tablet and desktop. For “My Photo”, the phone camera or an existing picture is enough.
Can I offer only my own products and colours?
Yes. Colour palette, size limits, increments, roofing types and wall types follow your range. Options you do not supply do not appear.
How quickly can the planner go live on my website?
Once it is set up with your data, the WordPress plugin or a single line of code is all it takes. We handle the setup; within a few days you will see your own planner.
How much does the patio roof planner cost?
The “Configurator” plan costs €179 a month, cancellable monthly, or €143 a month when paid annually. All prices exclude VAT, setup included, no feature tiers.
Does the planner also work for freestanding patio covers?
Yes. In addition to wall mounting, there is a freestanding version on four posts.
