Frequently asked questions
Are there features only included in the complete package?
No. The configurator is complete in both plans: all environments, My Photo, all materials, white label and every integration. The complete package adds a website that we build and maintain for you.
Do my customers need an app?
No. The configurator runs in the browser on phone, tablet and desktop. For “My Photo”, the phone camera or an existing picture is enough.
What exactly do online payments cost?
3% + €1 per successful transaction – all Stripe fees are already included. No monthly fee, no setup costs. You can see every payment and invoice in your dashboard at any time, including an export for your accountant.
Why does the complete package have a 12-month term?
A new website needs a few months before it ranks well on Google. The 12 months give it that time – and give us the footing to build design, copy and SEO for you at full strength. Pay yearly and the €990 setup fee is waived.
Do I own the website in the complete package?
Your domain always belongs to you. You use the website and configurator for the duration of our partnership – including hosting, maintenance and updates. If you want to run the website independently after the term, you can take it over.
How does the configurator get onto my website?
With the WordPress plugin or a single line of code that works on any website – whether Shopify, TYPO3, Wix or Webflow. If you prefer, we embed it for you.
What happens to my customers’ photos?
The view in the photo is rendered directly in the browser. For the AI 3D environment, the photo is sent to our server and processed there. You only receive photos that the customer deliberately attaches to their enquiry.
How realistic are the 3D models?
Profiles, rafters, gutter, cover strips and add-ons are generated from real cross-sections. Glass and multiwall sheets are physically lit, and shadows fall on the surroundings. Manufacturers can have custom parts built from their CAD data.
